SCOTT in service is very efficient, responsive, personable and profession able! He communicated what should be done and asked I wanted to include a wheel alignment as it would be due in just another 1000 miles. He saved me making 2 trips instead of just the one. When I thought my brakes were not “tight” enough he said “bring it in now” and when I pulled in he took immediately for an inspection, bled the brake fluid, checked for bubbles, put new fluid in and ALL THIS in under 20 minutes. Fantastic service!!
Christian and Darius took care of me from the moment I responded to a car via market place on Facebook. Even though I was there to buy a 2nd hand car they were just as courteous and helpful even when it wasn’t a BMW. They were thorough and made sure I knew everything about the car. They made it a great experience and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks guys!
