Easiest car purchase ever. No pressure to by extras, price was the price. Car was as avertised. (used) Everthing was perfect down to the coffee! Robert was exceptional. Nick communicated well the week before I made the purchase (4 hours travel time to the dealership) These folks did not disappoint.
It was a pleasure dealing with Tony as he was very professional and courteous. I got a pretty decent deal and car was absolutely in great shape. Facility was also very clean and easy excess from freeway. Great experience at Concord BMW. The best part was I had to deal with Tony only unlike other dealers I visited where I had to deal with 5 to 6 salespersons.
