"Dzevad was very nice and very helpful in helping us find..." Dzevad was very nice and very helpful in helping us find our BMW X5. He arranged for us to test drive several cars, was knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and the buying process. He worked with us over the phone to negotiate a price and made the process easy. The finance process with Bob Whay was really smooth as well. All around it was a great experience buying from BMW of West St Louis.

"The service department is great! I had to get my car..." The service department is great! I had to get my car towed there on a Saturday when the service department was closed. The sales team was still there and one of the managers, Linzie, was able to help me with a service loaner that day. Jeff from the service department messaged me first thing Monday morning.
