We had been looking at the x5 for a couple of months, wanting specific components. Dave Ware kept a look out and worked patiently with us each time we didn’t find what we wanted!! My husband and I (Sean) just got our first BMW. We are very happy with the service and besides being a little overwhelmed with all this i4 electric car has to offer, we are extremely satisfied. We did have some unanswered questions that we can hopefully get resolved in the next couple of days. Like both charging adapters, it says it's supposed to come with. My service was good and honest. Loaner car was great. Brake quotes were surprisingly cheaper than some local shops. However, I was pretty upset with having my car returned to me much dirtier than when I dropped it off. The wash job was just absolutely terrible. I dropped it off completely clean on the exterior, so I’m assuming it got dirty during service. I understand they are no detail shop, but don’t even bother if it’s going to be this bad.
I highly recommend BMW of West St. Louis because of their technician’s honesty and accountability. They made a minor mistake on my car during service that cause the engine light to come on and required a second service. Rather than covering up the error, the service tech owned up to it and told us it happened because of his error and that he double-checked all the connections. Their commitment to transparency and integrity has earned my trust.
Just bought a used Tesla from BMW of West St Louis. Adel was our sales rep and he was very easy to work with and very helpful in getting our deal done. The sale process was very smooth. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them in the future.
