Long Beach Mini BMW Every person I have ever encountered treats me as if I am important, from the receptionist who answrs the phone, the sales and service as well as the finance department. The place is clean, the cars are beautiful and when going to but my second Mini from them they quickly went to their sister location to pick up the car I wanted.
Very accommodating and professional When you talk to any of the staff they are very accommodating and do take their time to really engage with the conversation specially Brian who helped me answer all my questions about my car which I only brought in for an airbag recall. From the person who answered my call for my appointment request (Bertha) to the person who took the keys for my loaner car and even assisted me to get a face mask. The Service was Great! LB BMW checked out a noise from the engine, and checked out my air bag system, and gave me the diagnosis I wanted. Brian Woolverton is a great service advisor.
