Great Service at Long Beach BMW Went there to get service on a certified preowned X3 that had a rattle in the hatchback area. The repair shop forman went with me to hear the rattle. He identified it and fixed it and now the car is quiet. I am very happy.

Long Beach BMW Outstanding experience from the initial phone call, to the front door greeting and every encounter throughout. The employees and staff were welcoming, friendly, informative and competent. We are from the SF Bay Area. We had a flat en route to a cruise departing from Long Beach.
