We were able to come to a fair deal and complete everything in just a few hours. Especially good F&I guy that had a great sense and of humor and got us through the paperwork very quickly. Overall a great experience
Picked up my new 2024 X5 M60i yesterday from BMW North Scottsdale. I worked directly with Scott Bilgo from the very beginning and he made this the absolutely easiest car buying experience I have ever had. This was our first BMW purchase and BMW North Scottsdale was simply amazing. We worked Omar Nava for sales. He was very informed about the vehicle, easy to communicate with, and helpful through the whole process. When it came time to finalize the deal and work through all paperwork, I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the process. From “yes let’s close this deal” to having everything completed was under an hour. No serious sales pressure from start to finish. This would Be my absolute go-to place for a BMW.
I recently worked with Glenn Heiser to purchase my X3 M40i and my experience with him was OUTSTANDING! I asked TONS of questions throughout the process and he was patient with me and communicated every step thoroughly. I felt very comfortable all the way through and he even threw in some surprise extras for me when I picked up my new car. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I shopped around for a while to trade my 2015 x5 for a newer certified x5. NSBMW’s prices seemed reasonable online but they are 40 min from my home. I’d had some less than favorable experiences at Arrowhead BMW having my car serviced so I decided to give NSBMW a try.
