One word of advice: when the vehicle is turned back over to the customer, please make sure its 100% clean or at least the way it was turned in (my drivers door panel was dirty and full of black fingerprints)! Not sure if it was the mechanic or car wash guy but I'm METICULOUS when it comes to my M-5.....
