I have had some horror stories with other locations, but every encounter I’ve had with BMW Portland has been a positive one. Everyone is helpful and kind. I appreciate the fact that my car was accepted for an appointment with very little notice. (Check engine light came on). The diagnostics and maintenance took longer than I had hoped but it really didn’t matter as we were leaving to him out of state for a week anyway. I would rather have things done right even if it takes a bit longer. This location is valise to my home and I appreciate that they called an Uber home for me as a loaner car was not available/didn’t need it.
Had a great service experience with no surprise costs and very clear communication throughout the process. There was no pressure or hard sell for additional work which was appreciated. Chris also kept me informed on status updates as my car was in for maintenance and inspection. They made it very easy to secure a loaner vehicle as well, so I didn't miss a beat while they had my car. Will definitely be back for any further car maintenance needs.
DO NOT EVER BUY EXTENDED WARRRANTY FROM THIS PLACE!! They never pick up the phone. I have been trying to contact with someone in their finance office for months now. Literally nobody there to help. You can test it out yourself. Call the dealership ask for a finance manager and watch your call end. Their automated message will tell you to leave a voicemail but nobody will reach out.
