"Fantastic Experience!" I switched from 2016 BMW 328i to 2019 X1. I enjoyed working with Mike Smeraglia and Eric Shuster. Mike is a great guy and ALWAYS gets me the right car for the excellent price. Eric was patient and thorough in explaining the features . Despite a crazy busy day Eric made sure he spent enough time with me and answered all my questions and concerns. I would certainly recommend Mike and Eric for your needs.
"What a ride!" Met Eric the first day in my search for a sedan. Test drove a few, and after comparing, other styles and other cars similar in size, Eric assisted with my decision on my final purchase. He gave me pointers of what the new 2020 model is bringing to the table and oh boy, it didn’t disappoint!! Thanks Eric for taking your time in helping me with my decision.
"Switched from 328xi to X2" This is our fourth BMW Missed out on a black on black. Eric found a better color with same package! And, expedited the sale at my request.
"Another Excellent Experience!!" Always a pleasant experience dealing with Sabit and the rest of the team at Park Ave BMW. This is our second BMW with Sabit, and I can't imagine working with anyone else. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and truly wants you to be comfortable with your decision. He insisted that we take our time to decide on the car we wanted, as opposed to pressuring us into a decision on the spot. I can't say enough good things about the sales process at Park Ave BMW.

"Sales Staff is spectacular " My sales guy Rick was great, he was informative and attentive throughout the process. He even worked with me on getting approved after BMW financial denied me (because Im young and have virtually no credit). He gave me tips on where to go (my credit union) to get a competitive interest rate and an approval! I am now the proud owner of a deep blue, 428i Xdrive with ivory seats, and I couldn't be happier!
