Service excellent as always It is always a pleasure dealing with the all in the service department, and especially Jordan Welshans who is irreplaceable, as well as Andy and Donnie. We have had our vehicles, both new and more classic, and vehicles driven by our children, taken care of there for years, and would highly recommend them to anyone. We have also purchased several vehicles from Fairfield, and have always been dealt with honestly and fairly, especially by Dan McGowan and Nick Camburn.
Great Service I was unaware that Fairfield has continued to service BMWs, until Mr. Quigley told me. It was very easy to make an appointment and the service was quick. My car came back CLEAN inside and out! Didn't expect that! Thank you, Fairfield!

no appointment On my way home from work an odd noise was heard coming from the back of my vehicle. I got home and made the decision to be at the dealer ship when they opened in the morning. I made arrangements to get picked up at the dealership to get to work. The men at the service desk took my information and told me that they would check out my vehicle. Great! This service was the fastest state inspection of any vehicle that I have owned. I guess that is because I have been doing something every month, for the past 3 months. I even put new tires on the truck at a local tire store. I was at the dealership for a little more than 1/2 hour. In and out fast.

Fast and Friendly Service Had my Mustang in for service and inspection 3-16-2020. My appointment was for 1300hrs and I got a call around 1410 saying it was finished, they were just going to wash it. Easy pick up and payment. I also had a question about the passenger seat belt. Techs came out and looked at it along with service manager and said it was just for easy entry for back seat.
