We had a fabulous experience purchasing our first BMW with Tim Noble and the team at Daniels. Tim knew my timeline, and kept me up-to-date with all of my options. Their team was first-class—everyone was friendly and professional. You can tell they love what they do. Among all of the luxury dealerships I visited, they were hands down the best.
I recently purchased a vehicle from David in sales and he was amazing from start to finish. He was honest, upfront and made buying the car a fun experience. He made sure the vehicle was clean, and in perfect working order, and even filled it for me the day I picked it up. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. We rolled up without an appointment desperate for some car help. They were super accommodating and quick to serve us. Start to finish, we only spent 2.5 hours waiting for them to fix the car. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. My one constructive criticism is that the waiting area left something to be desired. The furniture was old and saggy and there could have been more refreshments to make this the ultimate driving/waiting experience.
