Spent some time searching for a white M4 Competition. After no luck from my local dealerships, I saw that Towson BMW had one on their showroom floor. I called Tuesday evening and spoke to Fernando. Asked him to please reserve the car for me so I can come the following evening (I’m 3 hours away). He ensured me he would. I get there the following evening and the car is sitting in front, detailed and with a full tank. ALL I have to say is WOW, just an incredible experience I had with Jim Gugliette. This service advisor has been far but the BEST person I have ever seen working at this location. Owning a BMW for 5 years coming to this service center nobody can top the patience and understanding this person has. I can't believe he is not the lead service manager here, definitely deserves this position. I bought my vehicle in for a routine oil change which was part of a 3 year service plan. My service representative Christian was friendly and professional. He understood that I would be waiting for my vehicle and kept me abreast of any findings. As it turned out I needed additional service that would require me to leave my vehicle. Although there was additional cost, Christian quickly put me in a loaner vehicle so that I could get on with my day. The sales process was smooth, no hidden fees. Everything was disclosed upfront. Jesse was my sales person who answered all my questions and rectified all pending issues with the vehicle. The sales department dropped the ball as to not getting the detailing done in a timely manner so I had to knock off a star for that. Overall, a very good experience!
