RecommendedLiving in an area that no longer has a BMW store, and working 6 days a week makes it a challenge to keep my BMW's serviced and in tip top shape. Alex and Kendall do an awesome job accommodating me and my schedule and actually never saw me face to face the whole time my car was in for service. The service drive is safe and convenient with a secure lock box and they even have very detailed drop off envelopes. RecommendedThis dealership has absolutely the best customer service I have EVER seen!! As the wife of a veteran and a Federal employee, I have lived all over, so I have had tons of car dealerships to compare it to and they are by far THE BEST. Every employee I have dealt with there from Kendall in Service, to the manager Robert Bullard, all work to ensure their customers are happy and satisfied. I definitely give this dealership FIVE STARS and would recommend them to everyone!!!!
