I’m giving you five stars but you only deserve one for letting it snow. 😂 I love bringing my car here for service. The coffee is great but don’t sleep on the hot chocolate. If I had more money I’d buy more BMW’s here.
We had the good fortune of buying our car from Jeff Godwin of BMW DesMoines. Jeff is very personable yet not pushy in telling us all about the vehicle we were interested in. We switched from a 2015 BMW x5 to this 2023 BMW x5 M50i. Been trying to switch to a new car but could find it anywhere within 500 mile radius. Wanted a 22-23 with low miles color black and interior black. I told Jeff Godwin and he said he’ll lookout for it if he finds it. After 2 months later he informed me there was one and he can get it for me. Just picked it up and what a NEW YEARs gift! Jeff is a fantastic salesman! I recommend him to to you guys and also my family and friends. Give him a try and you won’t disappoint!
Got a brand new 2024 Bmw M440i Gran Coupe. My sales person was Jeff Godwin. When placing the order he told me there was no allocation available but he was able to make it work. He told me it was gonna be 4-8 months of waiting but who knew it only took 3 months from placing the order till arriving at the dealership. So happy with our new car. He is awesome to work with.
