Spotted my dream car (M5 Comp) on IG and immediately called the dealership. I spoke to Mike Gaudio, who helped me through the process of purchasing the car in about a week. Have to say, after experiencing other local NYC BMW dealers, I was surprised and delighted by how warm and helpful Mike and the entire Ridgfield BMW team were. Can’t recommend them enough. I went in for oil change, tire balance and rotation, express detail and noise analysis. Was quoted ~ $400. I sat with service advisor and before I knew it, the total was $1100. I had to stop and review all items and we removed extra things he had “suggested”. Be careful and ask for details. He was very nice about it though. I had asked for a x5 service loaner and he mentioned they’d give me something comparable to what I drive (5 series). Overall the experience was great, shout-out to Jonathan, Dan, Anastasia, Branden and Eric who all stepped up at the right times. Dan and Anastasia were exceptional and took it through the finish line in a friendly, honest and professional way. You have a great team of folks working there. Keep it up.
It was my first visit to BMW of Ridgefield. It was an excellent experience and it is strongly recommended. It was for a recall service. The people there were professional and friendly. The service person communicated with me through simple text messages informing me the progress of the job. The job was done fairly fast to my surprise and finally they offered me a complementary quick vacuum and wash. I really love their service and will certainly come back for future maintenance and services.
