Went to get a recall done on my suv and when I picked it up didn’t even make it back 30 miles before it broke down and had to get towed back to be told they forgot to re program my suv and ruined the battery so they reset it replaced my battery got it back and 3 days later it was making a loud clunking so I took it to a local shop because I didn’t trust driving it back and come to find out they left a bolt loose and broke something else. I’ve never written a review for a business, however, after three negative experiences with BMW Tri-Cities, I’m hoping I can help anybody else avoid similar frustration. Went to them with an quoted deal from their website and they wouldn’t honor the price from their own website. Spoke directly to the owner not daddy’s little boy but the owner and wouldn’t budge. Even though the price was on their website. Avoid this and Audi Tri-cites owned and operated by the same. Used Car Saleman.
ATTEMPTED to buy a car got massive run around and we will call you back... only they never called back i had to call them. The salesman mentioned that his manager was interested in the same vehicle which leads me to believe they wanted the sale to go to their co worker. So we got tired of the run around went to another dealership and spent less than a half hour and walked away with the same rig we were looking at here same price and all.
