Eli Reyna goes the extra mile. We had all sorts of of issues to work out and changed our mind on vehicles multiple times. Eli, without hesitation put in a work ethic towards the deal that was unmatched by anyone. Never once did he get irritated or frustrated with me (visibly 😉), he just continued to push until we got the deal we were working for. The entire team is pleasant and easy to work with, having a common goal in mind. Leaving with the deal you deserve!
I recently moved to the area and got my car serviced at this dealer for the first time. I left extremely impressed! My car was serviced ahead of the scheduled/promised time. Excellent experience at BMW Tri-Cities. I worked with Miguel Reyna last year when considering an X5 for my wife. The timing wasn't right then but when I reached out to him this week when my wife's vehicle suddenly needed to be sold, he quickly jumped into action to help us get what she needed. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the vehicle we wanted, worked diligently to work out the best purchase arrangements for us, and has been incredibly attentive in helping us set up her new dream car!
