El Cajon BMW definitely deserves 5 stars of excellence for their excellent customer service! From the moment I stepped foot in the door, to the tine I drove away, everyone was professional, yet warm and accommodating. They sincerely made me feel like famly! I purchased my BMW 428i from BMW of El Cajon and Kapono was of great help! he provided me with excellent service, make sure you ask for him he'll definitely help you out. A few months down the line I had an issue with a towing company and Michael in Service assisted me greatly and I owe him for that. Very great service, definitely going to recommend them!
