"Awesome selection with friendly staff" I have shopped and purchased every popular brand of luxury vehicle. Ironically I never purchased a new BMW until I visited Coggin BMW. "Superb customer focus!" I drove to Coggin from Vero Beach to service my BMW 325. I met Steve while browsing the show room and looking at some of the new models. "GREAT experience" We drove over an hour to meet with Steve Smith because he was highly recommended by a friend. We test drove a few cars and saw/sat in many others. Steve was patient and kind. "Stand up people- old school buyers. " My mom and I walked into this dealership on the fence about the type of car she should buy. There are stereotypes about car salesmen. "Good People" We bought a car from Yousef. He made the experience easy. He was honest, which is weird for a sales person. He was helpful and did his very best to resolve concerns or questions I had. Inhad a few issues the with the contract that was written because the business manager did not pay close attention to her tasks but the overal experience was wonderful. Manny the GM is also outstanding. Yousef’s patience and helpfulness is absolutely top notch. I would ask anyone I knew in the market to go visit with him.
