We were welcome immediately as we walked through the door and from that point we new we were at the right place.

Customer service is satisfactory until you begin negotiating the price. Perform your due diligence because it’s your money and your car note. It wasn't very pleasant that the same energy of service and care wasn’t consistent through the ENTIRE process. Buying a BMW shouldn’t feel like buying a Ford!
Our salesman, Bruce Le was very inattentive to us while we there. I repeatedly had to chase him down to try and move the process along. The finance employee we worked with, Ms. Lauderdale was wonderful and very helpful. She was able to get us through the paperwork process despite some errors on my part and I am very thankful for her assistance. All of this after driving from Corpus Christi to Houston. I had to bring my car back a second time for the same repair. After explaining the issue, the service advisor called me a liar. I won’t be back to this dealership.
