I have been mostly pleased with the dealership sales team. Wendy was excellent when I picked up my new BMW. I met Chris and he seemed very good, too. However, I emailed him with a question and he did not reply. That is just as rude as being ignored. That makes me skeptical of taking my car to Park Place for service.
This is our second lease experience with Park Place Motor Cars. While we live in Minneapolis, we are happy to make the two-hour drive south to Rochester because the staff there welcomes us with open arms, superb service, and exceptional pricing.
