"I appreciated the concierge service and the work..." I appreciated the concierge service and the work completed. However, there was a software update for the vehicle but not required so they would not do it without customer pay of $230. This is a leased vehicle under warranty; I should not have to pay for software updates. The service department could be a little friendlier. Although email lacks tone, some of the email messages seemed abrasive.

Unfortunately he had to deliver a few bout of bad news to me over the course of the service I had done there.
