"Great Service Department" Great Service Department! I was in for several recalls. They were able to get me on the schedule that week. The shuttle was able to take me back to work in a timely manner and then pick me up when the work was completed. Highly recommended!

"Top Notch " I called in for a service appointment on a Monday, they set the appointment up for Tuesday and had the truck ready for me just a few hours later. Very good service. Friendly as well. They kept me up to speed via email and text on the progress of the service.

"Service. Answered all questions and more patience. People fr" The place was clean with many chairs to sit and watch TV plus treats plus drinks plus plus. Mac Miller, my service rep, was quick and thorough with things that needed to be done. This was another safety recall on my Jetta and I am not too happy about that. Now I am facing another one this is 5 within the past 15 months. It is not parked problems per se but it certainly is Volkswagen's problem. And I have had it.
