The sales guy here that I work with is the most helpful salesman I’ve worked with. He is very honest, listened to my feedback, was prompt to call me when a car came in that was pretty much exactly what I wanted. Only downside to this dealership is that their prices are high and there is little room for negotiation. Andrew was very pleasant to deal with! He was knowledgeable and always kept me informed as to what was going on throughout the buying/shipping process. With some help, we were able to find the vehicle I wanted in another state, and it only took a few days for the vehicle to arrive here. Top level experience. Went much better than I had expected. I expected it to be good, but they significantly exceeded those expectations.Mitch and the entire team at BMW Rochester are an excellent choice for a car purchase. The service team went above and beyond to make my purchase of a used BMW. Unbelievable. The sales manager was easy to deal with. Everyone was phenomenal. They’ve definitely made me a repeat customer. All the staff at West Herr BMW in Henrietta NY were quick getting back to me and making the deal happen even though someone else from Buffalo was interested in the same car. Todd was a super salesperson. He was efficient, polite, and professional. He worked hard to find out the reason the car was not certified and tried to explain to me as well as could, as to the reason.
