"Excellent service as always" This is our 4th BMW and 8 year of using Ferman BMW for our service needs. The service at Ferman BMW and specifically the communication and service we continually receive from our service advisor Cesar Tereso and the entire BMW service team is excellent! I had a question this time and a member of the service team came out and answered all my questions in a manner in which I was able to understand.
