Had a wonderful experience A-Z at this dealership. Mary Keller was very friendly and personable. They actually didn't have the exact car I was looking for so Mary and Karl the manager made an effort to locate the vehicle and get it over in a few days. I love my new i4 and will strongly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a BMW.
I recently had a vehicle for sale and was contacted by Stevie B with Ferman BMW. Stevie proposed a fair offer for the vehicle pending a quick inspection. I provided him with all the necessary information and he had paperwork ready when my wife arrived.
