I recently went to the dealership for my engine oil and filter change. They provide a great deal with their 3 year prepaid oil service. Unfortunately I was greatly disappointed in my service provider and the free car wash that they offer. I was aware that the service would take 2 hours and an extra 15 min for the car wash. We had a great experience at BMW Northwest this week. They took care of our regular maintenance and everything that was due for our X5. We ended up needing new tires and they had a great deal for us. Our service advisor, Michael, was so great! He went over everything that was due and explained everything to me in a clear way. BMW Northwest (Dave Quinn) detailing service - I am very pleased with my car detailing service that was done today. Dave met me for my appointment and provided a phone call when was car was done. Very courteous, professional and a joy to work with. The detailers did a phenomenal job inside and out. I recommend BMW Northwest detailing services. A Christmas holiday detail offer for Christmas was a great gift to me and my car.
Justin made the process of looking for a new car easy and stress free. I am personally super picky which can be difficult. He took the time to show each spec option. Even drove us down to the detail shop so I could see a trim color in person to be comfortable with my decision. I ended up order a X5 and it was here in under 2 months! Overall amazing service.
