Trusworthy and Professional Good to have a facility like this in Pittsfield. Customer Service is outstanding and the staff know what they are talking about. I have visited them three times and I have been very happy with the orders and repairs. They replaced a recall item and called me after they washed and vacuumed my car. Mitchell and the staff on the floor are true professionals.
Satisfied once again I want to mention my salesman, Brian Smith, because he was the perfect BMW genius in my estimation! The car buying experience is always stressful and even in phone conversations before I went in he put me completely at ease with his calm and professional manner. Great service & purchase experience I purchased a bmw x1 from out of state and Brian Smith was the epitome of professionalism, answering questions by email promptly and offering to make a video so that I could get confirmation of the overall car condition. New GTI I recently purchased a 2016 Golf GTI from Flynn's Volkswagen. This buy cycle was the best experience to date, mainly due to the professionalism of Internet Coordinator, Anthony Carestia. Anthony was helpful, but not pushy and I genuinely felt he had my best interests at heart. I handled the entire buy process with Anthony through email, which was an enormous time saver. My only visit to the dealership was to sign the contract and then a few days later to pick up my Golf.

Appreciated call back At this time I just made an inquiry but I know even though I live in upstate New York, I can probably count on these guys to find me the diesel car I am looking , which will not be that easy and I am willing to go the distance if they are.
A top notch dealership! I was shopping for a new car and was getting a bit of a hassle from a local Audi dealer so I contacted Flynn Audi as they had just the vehicle I wanted. We did all of the negotiation via email and what a great experience it was. Anthony was honest, responsive, knowledgeable and engaging.
