I am from California and was looking at a 340i that was at this dealership. I worked extensively with their salesman Auston over the internet and on the phone before flying in to pick it up. He was not only extremely knowledgeable on BMW products (as he owns and has owned multiple) but also extremely thorough in letting me know every detail of the car itself, its trim, any minor defects in paint, and how strong it drove. We were unable to find the car we wanted locally, but BMW of Bend had the perfect one. We were put in touch with Mattie when we called, and she was nothing short of amazing! She helped us negotiate the transaction quickly and simply. We drove 125 miles to pick it up, and were met by Mattie and the rest of their professional team. We couldn’t be happier with our car or experience at BMW of Bend.
Auston was incredibly helpful during the process of selecting the right BMX X3 for me. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the different models, but I didn’t feel the pressure so many customers feel while car shopping. He was very personable and the process was a breeze. The experience was by far the best car buying experience my parents and I have had. In the end, he opened my eyes to a beautiful model I didn’t know existed with all the specs I wanted within my price range. I am super happy with my purchase!
Austin and Will were very helpful and made my purchase transaction seamless. Highly recommend both of them! Halie was also very expedient in the finance dept. Great service and attitude!
