Worst experience ever. Took car in for thermostat which is covered under warranty for free. When I went in they tried to charge me labor for pressure testing cooling system to ensure the part is installed properly. Seems to me if that is required it’s part of installing the warranty item. I had to get the manger involved whom did waive the fee but I should not have had to do this. Scam artists. Do not come here. Have come multiple times with an appointment, you will wait for a hour to even talk to anyone. Then they will charge you double for everything. Take it to Treasure coast. They talked me into a service plan and didn’t even mention ton when it expired so I wasted a bunch of money on services that I didn’t end up getting to use. Had a great experience buying through Paul Robbins. Ordered a vehicle that took several months to come in, he was excellent with regular updates and always very responsive. The actual buying process was as smooth as could be. Paul also has an enthusiast-level knowledge of their products, past and present.
