I have been looking for my perfect X5 for a few years now. I knew what I wanted and was not willing to compromise. As my daughter and I walked in to the Bloomfield location we were warmly greeted by the receptionist. I was told it would be a few minutes to see a sale rep and to feel free to go back and have refreshments. After drinking coffee and waiting 20 minutes Bobby the sales rep invited us to his desk. Jacob is the most professional salesman I’ve ever experienced. He took care of all my needs including discounts. He allowed me to ask any questions that I wanted with no problem. I was treated with respect and kindness. He made the process as short is possible and as I waited I was offered food and drinks and so was my son who accompanied me. Saying my experience was good with Jacob is an understatement. I give him 5 stars
