I was very pleased with the service at BMW of Honolulu. I went in to buy a used car and was treated very well. Mikey was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car I came in to see, even though it wasn’t a BMW. I felt their pricing was fair and they were very easy to work with. They even let me take the car home that day, despite my payment transfer not having gone through yet due to it being from a mainland bank. All smiles here!

experienced a terrible service in BMW service department. Today I come here to pickup my car that in BMW for 4 days due to recall. First when I drive in to the service department do not feel any welcome, see many employees but they don't seem like they care what you here for. Found an advisor and he told me my car is ready and washed, I can wait for the car outside. When my car arrived, the car is not being washed. He has consistently gone above and beyond to address all my needs and questions, even after my purchase.
