There is no pressure and the staff are true professionals ready to answer any questions you have. In particular I was impressed with the sales staff, Savitri Persaud, Zarina Fargali who patiently introduced me to my new car and Jeff Francesca in the Parts Dept. who responded to all my issues related to some extra parts I wanted.
