"Mark Carvalho is the easiest person I have ever dealt..." Mark Carvalho is the easiest person I have ever dealt with at any car dealership. I was treated like I was part of a concierge service and his communication was excellent . Transparency is also what I got with Mark , he was such a professional I could tell right away he has many years of experience. If you are considering a BMW in the near future , go see Mark . Zarina was also terrific in showing us all the car features with knowledge and patience also so sweet.
