"Helpful, courteous and efficient" We met with a sales associate 6 months prior to our trade in date and the sales associate made us feel comfortable enough to trade the car in early for a new X5
"Excellent service, responsive salesman." I went to four BMW dealerships, and the responsivenes at your dealership was exemplary. There was no attempt to play games. Just got the impression of a straight-talk (but courteous and helpful) and a desire to meet the customer’s needs. I was given excellent service from too many people to name individually but please give special thanks to Scott Marlowe, who was/is outstanding. He went out of his way to help me in spite of his being not 100% physically fit. Kudos.

"X7 2019" We picked up 2019 X7 from Bridgewater NJ BMW. We loved this car but it gave us all sort of error messages on 4 day of delivery took it back to dealership. They asked to leave vehicle for diagnostic. 2 days later we got info that it need a part which has to come from Germany.. I was surprised and stressed. but Mark Carvalho and Manjula Biju went all the way to make us comfortable and find a new vehicle of our choice.

"Patient and honest atmosphere! " I had a streamlined experience with Mark! I am not the easiest to work with when purchasing a new car and Mark was very patient with my inability to pick between trims! He was honest and worked with me to get the car I wanted. We ended up having to custom order and I couldn’t be happier- it was a very quick turnaround.
