"Consummate professional!" We recently met with Mark Carvalho regarding the options available to us on our lease which is coming due. We never felt rushed or pressured as Mark laid out our options clearly and concisely. He ran through multiple scenarios of costs and answered all our questions. "Car buying made fun again" Mark is a professional- had all the answers and made the car buying experience fun again. Mike Yates took the time to see that I was being taken care of by everyone. John Palombo is a BMW Genius! Took all the time in the world to walk me through the BMW X5 firmware/software and features. Not sure John didn't develop some systems directly with BMW. "Good Service" Knew exactly what I wanted when I ordered my new BMW m550i to be build in Germany. Manjula made the process very easy, found me a number of discounts, and was alway available by phone, email, and text. This kept my visits to the dealership to a minimum, The process was easy and I will definitely work with her for my next car.
"X3 m40i Lease and trade in" Had a wonderful experience dealing with CA Scott and Justin. Scott was friendly, straightforward, catered to my requests, didnt mind my questions and was very knowledgeable about the cars. Justin let the paperwork process be very smooth.
