During a stressful time, the employees of BMW of Bridgeport streamlined the entire process, they made me a believer that customer service DOES exist! Kudos to BMW of Bpt! Although another BMW dealership (North Haven) is closer to my home, I prefer to drive thirty minutes (one-way) to Bridgeport rather than deal with the staff at the North Haven dealership.
