Joe was an excellent sales man. He was courteous and patient with us. We took three days and multiple trips to Thompson before we settled on the car. We even switched the color right before signing the deal , Joe and the Thompson team were happy to do whatever it took to make us happy . He did not make us feel rushed in any way. We just had the most wonderful experience at Thompson BMW. Joe Sumanth was absolutely amazing and was so supportive through our new car purchase. However, my recent visit to this BMW dealership changed my mind about what I'd hesitantly term 'dodgy dealers', so I wanted to share my experience and thank Thompson BMW. Amazing experience!!! I recently purchased a new car from Thompson BMW, and have to shout out Joe for his commitment to customer satisfaction. Joe consistently went above and beyond and is a true BMW enthusiast. Joe's wealth of BMW knowledge further enhanced the car buying experience. Can't recommend this place enough for new car purchases and detailing. There are closer BMW dealers to me, but I'll drive the extra miles in exchange for the top-shelf service. Much appreciated! ❤️
I always used Thompson’s services, but only recently I purchased a car thru them. David was very polite, took the time to show me the different models and allowed me to test drive the cars I was interested in. After that, he worked hard to find the specific model with the accessories and color I wanted. I’m very grateful for his help and professionalism. I will definitely buy my next car with them again.
