John client advisor was very helpful in getting the car I wanted. He also took the lead in having an invisible bra installed and windows tinted per my request. Damien financial services manager made the paperwork a breeze to go through. Overall process was seamless. I’m very happy with my new electric BMW. Super happy with the process and professionalism of this BMW dealer. I was an out of state buyer which made things more complicated. However, communication and fair dealing was present through out. Extra points for the last minute fixes when I arrived to inspect the car. No surprises - quick and efficient. What every car buyer wants.
Bought my X7 out of state & hadn’t used Cain for service yet. But I hit a pothole on Sunday & was able to make it to the dealership with the run flat tire. Left my keys in the overnight drop off & Chris & the team at Cain took it from there. They were able to fit me in on Monday & their communication was next level. They had the new tire & alignment done by Monday afternoon & I was back on the road. Highly recommend!!
Chris was very nice. He followed up politely without pushing, for more than one year, until we needed a new car and when we though about BMW we immediately choose this dealership. Quick process, clear numbers, good deals, large inventory, relaxed pace, as it should be when acquiring a luxury car.
I had a flat tire(run flat) when I came out of work. Called the service department. They had a set of 4 Perelli tires in stock. They were able to get me in right away. Provide me with a loaner car. Because i had to pick up my daughter from LaCrosse practice. And within an 1.5 hours. I had four new tires and an alignment. Great job by the service department, much appreciated!
