Sales are more about relationship then selling I'm a first time buyer. Christopher Wood (salesman) and Ed Maroon (sales manager) were the best to deal with. I knew what I wanted and they found it for me. They worked hard and certainly earned my business.

Great Service, Fast turnaround! Got in contact with them during a weekday and scheduled my weekend appointment. My sales rep Abe did a great job in letting me know what i needed (first time buyer) before i made the 3 hour trip to look at the BMW. Everything went really smooth. Don’t trust the service department Horrible service- over priced. I took my car here for an inspection the moment I got it- they confirmed there were no issues other than a $500 part that needed replaced- a week later my alternator belt fell off- they claimed it was from water and puddles but it hadn’t rained.. afterwards my car was making weird noises so I took it back.. they fixed the wrong thing and my car was still making the noises so I took it back... after days of being in their shop... We invited you to return the vehicle for further inspection of the new leak, which appears to have come from the reservoir tank. Please consider shopping elsewhere! The salesman with whom I worked was great; but the car was not. It was not safe to drive and the dangerous condition of the brakes was not disclosed to me; and the dealer will not help with the costs of repair. This is a revision of an earlier review that was written before I had the car inspected and discovered the brake system issue. Please buy elsewhere, they have not dealt with us fairly in this situation
Woody is the shadiest in the business. *EDIT* BMW of peoria seems to have removed this review from google, so I am posting it anywhere I can. Weird that after this review was posted, putting Woody on blast for his shady antics, immediately 7 more reviews all 5 stars popped up praising him. Talk about Skewed Data. After doing some research, funny how the only reviews about woody came after my negative review.
