Service at Braman BMW, Miami Kristopher Barres provided excellent customer service! He was attentive, and kept me fully informed of the process at all times. He is to be commended for excellence. The only problem that I encountered was a failure of the Guest internet access. I chose to wait at the facility rather than take a rental car to my office, knowing that I had pressing documents to review. Unfortunately, internet connectivity was spotty, and no one was able to raise the IT department while I was waiting for a reset.... read more

Feedback on 430i purchase Carlos Diaz was my sales advisor and he made sure I had a pleasant experience shopping for a vehicle. He explained to me the similarities in the models to help me make an informed decision on options in the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable.
