Purchase of BMW M235 Facility could have coffe and water available. I spent 4 hours there and didnt see one coffe machine visible. I bought the car in my second visit.When I went to the BMW side I qas ignored.On the contrary I was received very well in the Mini side. Then the Mini sales person was the one who sold me the BMW. The customer care at the BMW area has to improve significantly.
