Russell and Franchesca were truly amazing!!! Russell Barington was my salesperson and he was absolutely grounded, great to speak with, personable, and not pushy at all. Franchesca, the finance manager was equally amazing (Cuban coffee included) and truly did all that was possible to place me in a Beamer with a smile. Braman is very lucky to have these two. fixing a leak in my BMW convertible roof. The work was completed quickly and hopefully it has fixed the ongoing issue. My service advisor Maruf, kept me update with the repairs through the day via text and any question I had were quickly answered. I received excellent service and all staff were exceptional helpful and courteous.

Great friendly and fast transaction! I was looking to trade in my 2011 Mini Cooper S and I wanted to stay in the Mini family :). Options and rebates were presented and within 2 hours I was driving out my new 2015 Mini Cooper S Hardtop 4D and I love it. Juana was awesome, friendly and gave me awesome perks!
