Great experience with BMW of Madison! I worked with Tyler in sales to find the perfect car for me (2024 BMW 540i) as they did not have in stock what I wanted. He searched nearby dealers orders in production with BMW as i did not have time to wait for a new order. Tyler found a 540i that another dealer had ordered that was built but has not shipped. Amazing!! Karl was a respectful, no nonsense and not pushy salesman: he was perfect for me. He made my first time experience with MINI a FUN one! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, even if you are just thinking of a MINI. I truly LOVE my MINI: it’s fast, fun and zippy!
We had a great experience today at Zimbrick BMW in Madison. We felt very comfortable with our sales person Dallas . Even though he was new, he was very knowledgeable with the features of the SUV. He did a great job! Denise in Finance was also very pleasant!
Stopped in to look at a Tesla and were horrified at the how we were treated ( though not surprised since this is a BMW dealership) the salesperson (if you wanna call him that) Kory, gave us the Tesla card and walked away. Did not even show us how to open the car, turn it on, etc. didn’t even try to sell the car to us. we figured out how to turn it on and drove the car and decided maybe it was the one.
