The staff is friendly from the start of your visit until you pull away when maintenance is completed. My appointment was for scheduled warranty maintenance and staff did not try to sell me on work that needed to get done that was not warranty work. That was much appreciated.
Ft Myers BMW Service for X5 Review Made apt online over the Labor Day holiday weekend. Tuesday morning, had my vehicle towed to the dealership. Chad S. really was welcoming, and made sure I was checked-in without any issues. Had to keep the car overnight, so arranged a rental car quickly. Gave me his cell#, but he called with updates throughout the day, so never had to use it. Nice to find care washed and cleaned inside and out on arrive.
