Held car without a down all via email and phone calls. Most of all we both loved Patrick! He is Truly a BMW Genius and is a very polished professional. He need to be part of any completed sales at your dealership. Joe was a great guy, no pressure to buy and we had great conversations about cars in general.
The service department at BMW of Traverse City is far and away the best in the business. Having the service manager come out and walk through my vehicle inspection point by point is a hallmark of your dealership. The level of care and detail is above all others I have dealt with. BMW Service Department is by far the best service department I have ever worked with. They provide over the top personalized service. Thank you BMW Team.
Needs a quick diagnostic plan. I had to wait a month just to find they did not have the part to fix the problem that triggered the check engine light. Not only was I worried I could be doing damage while driving with the light on I now have to come back again....
