I have purchase over 10 cars on the last 10 years and I am very used to dealing with dealers however I had the best experience of my life with Park Place. I found my dream car exactly how I wanted my Z4. The car was great but the way Nate worked with me was amazing. Put down a refundable deposit for an incoming vehicle. The salesman I worked with was great. Found a better deal a week later and withdrew the deposit. Got an email asking if this is "how I typically do business" from the sales manager. Yes this is how I do business. If you can't match an offer and I find a better one, I will request a refund on my refundable deposit. This ruined my image of this dealership and I took my business elsewhere.
We have purchased multiple cars from Park Place. Everyone is truly top notch - from sales people (Bram, Almin, Aaron), to the sales manager and the finance person. Feel like they're your partners rather than sales people. It's clear that they're in it to build a relationship rather than to get a deal done. Wish every car buying experience was like this. Went to the dealership trying to lease and ended up loving the car I found. Unfortunately leasing wasn't gonna be an option for me, but the guys there still pulled strings to help me drive off in one of my dream cars that same day. The guys there are very friendly and fun to be around. Big shout out to Karl, Sergei and Aaron.
I was unable to acquire an immediate allocation in the Twin Cities for a 2024 X7 M60i, but was fortunate to get one at Park Place. Cole answered all my questions, was friendly, and knowledgeable. He also educated me on the many features in my new vehicle before leaving the dealership. Most importantly, he made the transaction of purchasing my vehicle seamless. I highly recommend him!
