Went in there on January 15th first time by myself, James Prevost receipted me and went through the available cars that I’m interested in, and we have an eye on 2021 5 series. Talk about the basic information and left me with his contact. James left me with a great impression that helped our business. Waited 6 months for a special order, they ordered the wrong options and color didn't even bother to tell me. Just strait lied until I called them out for it. I can no longer get the car due to a model change and they clearly did not care about selling me the vehicle I ordered. I spent 6 months clarifying these options and being told it was no problem and everything is on track with a 5 grand deposit down and still was blown off at the end.
