I went to BMW of Lynchburg to look at a beautiful red jeep. Isaiah's kindness and encouragement helped me through the whole process...all the indecisiveness, the questions, concerns, everything! He offered different approaches to helping me make my decision. And with that, I was able to confidently purchase my JEEP!
Update: The AC was in fact NOT fixed. They gave me a hard time, didn’t call me back (I always had to call over and over) and were overall not willing to actually fix the problem/make good on what was previously said. It’s a shame because we would have been customers again but not anymore. We recently purchased a used Lexus from Berglund. A friend test drove it for us and Berglund delivered it to Charlottesville for free. We realized the AC wasn’t blowing cold once we got it here. Nice dealership. Very friendly and welcoming people. If you're interested in performance BMWs, talk to Gordon, a true car guy. Although I'm sure all of the salespeople here are very capable. Don't forget to save a spot for the EV guys!
